Frequently Asked Questions...

Dear RVer,
Many of the requests for information we've been receiving have included the following questions. If you have additional questions not addressed here, don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

  • When and how can I make reservations?
Call to book sites any time! Or use our Reservations link here on the website, where you'll find both an online reservation form to post, or a printable fax/mail form. We're looking forward to scheduling your visit. (If you mail, fax, or post your reservation on line, expect to receive a contact from us to confirm. Please let us know by phone if you don't!)

  • Is the resort a "Motor Coach Only" facility?
No. Certain sites in phase one (the pull-ins) are only suitable for motor homes or motor coaches. There are plenty of other sites, however, to accommodate travel trailers and fifth wheel RV's. It is likely that upon completion of phase three that those sites will be restricted to motor homes and motor coach use.

  • Are your sites available for purchase?
We're sorry to inform you that our sites are not available for purchase at this time.

  • Can your sites accept big rigs w/tow vehicle?
Absolutely! Our minimum lot depth is 80 feet. Most, however, are closer to 100 feet deep. All pull-in or back-in sites have a 70-foot, level, asphalt drive and feature either wide-radius approach or are set at a 60-degree angle to the streets. Pull-thru drives extend the full 100-foot length of the sites and are also set at an angle to the streets. Guests with tow vehicles staying with us longer than one day will be required to unhook their tow and store their dolly under their rig.

  • How far from town are you?
The Resort is inside the McCall city limits. The center of town, 1 mile away, is easily accessible by a paved bike/walking path which winds through the woods along the abandoned railroad easement.

  • What do you mean by 100-amp service?
A limited number of sites are equipped with two 50-amp receptacles for owners of rigs requiring extra electrical capacity.

  • How is the satellite reception at the resort?
There are an adequate number of sites which are unimpeded by any obstructions (trees) which would limit satisfactory satellite reception.

We hope this is helpful. Please feel free to contact us with any unanswered questions. We'll update this page with inquiries as the situation merits.
